Keetoo is a travel companion app that helps you to get the most out of your days out – all through the convenience of your mobile device. Keetoo saves you money for entry to the best UK’s attractions, experiences, cinema, and also food and drinks. It is simply the best way to get the most out of your days out.

You can view all participating venues on the website under the Days Out tab. You can also see a list of venues when you download the app. Simply login to the app and click either ‘Near me’ or the specific area you wish to visit, and the available venues will appear.

A Kredit is the form of currency which we use at Keetoo to allows you to make great savings. 1 Kredit equals £1GBP and you can buy Kredits on the app and the website

Yes! Every time you buy Kredits we give you extra FREE Kredits for you to use at any of our partner venues from attractions, experiences, cinema, restaurants and even coffee shops.

Keetoo is available to download for FREE from the App Store (iOS) or the Google Play Store (Android).

BOOKING

Yes, you buy a minimum of £40 for each adult and £25 for each child, each time you purchase Kredits we give you additional FREE Kredits for each person, so your cash goes further every time

Most attractions you will need to book in advance.

When booking:

  1. Choose the attraction you wish to visit, simply tap on the ‘VISIT THIS ATTRACTION’ button
  2. Choose the date you wish to travel and number of people in your party
  3. Confirm booking – you’ll find the booking in BOOKINGS section of app

When visiting

  1. Go to Bookings section tap ‘TAP TO GO’
  2. Follow on screen instructions

There are some attractions that do not require booking in advance such as English Heritage sites like Stonehenge, Dover Castle and others such as Kew Gardens. These will be clearly marked 

  1. Choose the attraction you wish to visit, simply tap on the ‘VISIT THIS ATTRACTION’ button
  2. Follow on screen instructions

If you are wishing to book in advance,

  1. Choose the cinema chain you wish to visit on the app, tap ‘USE KREDITS’ and then pick the member(s) of your party that you wish to go with you.

Follow the onscreen instructions to get codes displayed on your phone

  1. Enter the codes in the appropriate reservation section of the cinema’s website to complete your booking.

If you are at the cinema and you have not already booked,

  1. Follow the process above but instead of finalising your booking on the cinema’s website, show your booking codes at the kiosk.

Please note that additional booking fees may apply, and Empire Cinema charges all customers an additional £1 per customer for all blockbuster films.

  1. Choose the participating venue you’d like to use your Kredits
  2. Choose the number of items*
  3. Follow the simple instructions on screen and your codes will appear.

*Please note that the maximum that you can purchase is related to your Wallet party size*

Yes, you may visit any of the participating venues as many times as you like as long as you have the Kredits required.

No, you can simply deselect people from your party, so you don’t waste any Kredits that are not needed for that trip.

So just go to the app and add as many additional people as you need.  You will need to purchase Kredits for these additional people, but they all go to your central Wallet and you will also receive FREE Kredits for these additional people which also go to your central Wallet.

If you have some remaining Kredits and you wish to visit a venue, or purchase food or drinks you can purchase just enough Kredits to allow you to visit or purchase the food or drink you wish, therefore using up all remaining Kredits.  Alternatively, you can Top Up again and get more additional free Kredits and all Kredits in your Wallet will be valid for another 6 months.

Yes, if you log into the same account on two devices one may use Kredits to visit one location while the other uses Kredits to visit the other location.  Make sure you have enough Kredits to visit each location

Yes. Most of the time bookings can be changed as long as it’s within the bookings window detailed for that venue. There are some venues that do not allow cancellations or rescheduling.  Please check each attraction listing before booking to be sure

No, you don’t need to print out tickets as everything is on your phone, so no need to worry about accessing a printer.

No problem you can access your account from any other phone.  Simply log into the account and you’re good to go!

You will need to be online to get your tickets the first time- Once you downloaded your tickets, they are safely stored on your phone and then you will no longer need to be online to access them. Your tickets will be available up to 7(seven) days before your booking.

If you miss your booked time to visit an attraction unfortunately, we are unable to re-book you.

USING KREDITS

Keetoo Kredits allow you to have all the flexibility you need.  Once you have purchased your Kredits they are valid for 6 months.  As soon as you start using them that time is extended for another 6 months. E.g.

Purchase Kredits on 1st Jan 2023 – you have until 30th Jun 2023 to start using your Kredits

Start using Kredits on 1st April 2023 – expiration date will be extended for a further 6 months to 31st October 2023

There are no time restrictions as to when you can use your Kredits. You must have enough Kredits in your account for your party size and if booking is required you must book in advance. Do check for the venue specific restrictions on the venue’s website before you book.  Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer

Kredits can only to be used for standard 2D screenings.  There may also be a small number of cinema locations from our cinema partners where Kredits cannot be used, please refer to the locations on each entry on the app and website.

You must have enough Kredits in your account to book.

You will need to be online to get your codes, however once you downloaded your codes, we suggest you take screenshots to make it easier when you are at the till asking for your drinks or when asking for the bill from the waiter

If you check in the Wallet section of the app, the remaining time you have left on your Kredits is shown.  Don’t worry though you have a full year to use them.

When you purchase new Kredits all existing Kredits in your wallet, no matter what the remaining time is left, are upgraded to 6 months validity.

PAYMENTS

Yes, simply choose the number of people in your party and purchase the appropriate Kredits for the adults and children that relate to your party size. There is a maximum of ten (10) adults and ten (10) children in any one transaction.

You can pay with most credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express on the app or the website and also PayPal when paying through website.

Yes. If you’re buying from the app you will need to, however if you’re buying from the website, you can download after.  The app is available to download for FREE from the App Store (iOS) or the Google Play Store (Android).

Yes, you can pay as you go. There is a minimum purchase of £40/Adult and £25/child, but you can top up as much as you like on top of that and every time you do we give you free Kredits

With Keetoo a child is between the ages of 5–15.  At some venues tickets will be required for infants [4 and below] although these are generally free of charge.  So, you will not need to purchase Kredits for children under 5

As Keetoo already offers significant value unfortunately we aren’t able to offer further permanent discounts.  On rare occasions we might offer a short-term discount for certain periods in the year.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Many of the venues allow free cancellation, generally 24 hours before booking time. Cancellation is simple, go to the bookings section on the app and tap on the booking in question. If you see ‘CANCEL BOOKING?’ this means this venue accepts cancellation. If it’s more than 24 hours to your booking, tap on it and it will be cancelled and will show up in the bookings section as a cancelled booking. If it’s less than 24 hrs it will say so and the booking will not be cancellable.There are venues that do not allow cancellation. Unfortunately, we do not have control over this as the venues themselves define their cancellation policy. We are working with those that don’t offer cancellation to allow it in the future.

Yes, you may cancel your Order and receive a full refund for any reason within 30 days from the day of purchase for any orders that have not been activated. However, if activated your [Kredits used or booking made], you will be unable to receive a refund, even if the 30-day period is still running.

Once we accept the refund, we will start the process immediately.  However, it can take from 5-10 business days for the customers bank to register the funds as ‘available’ in their account. This time is related to the card issuing bank and not us – we have no control over the length of time the refund takes after we accept the refund. If it has taken longer, please do let us know and we will investigate for you.
